Individual Psychotherapy

Child & Youth Psychotherapy

Couples Therapy

Sessions may include mindful walks, reflection by the water, or gentle interaction with Carol’s therapy dog. The goal is to help you reconnect with yourself through movement, fresh air, and grounding experiences in nature.
This approach is ideal for clients who:

Find it easier to open up while walking or being outside
Seek a deeper sense of calm, balance, and presence

Group Therapy
Group Therapy (90 min)
Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others who share similar struggles and goals. Guided by a registered psychotherapist, each session blends education, reflection, and open conversation — helping participants learn new skills and feel less alone in their experiences.
